 
Oral Hygiene Day
In lieu with the Oral Hygiene Day, Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology,IGIDS, organized a dental camp at Thookanakuppam Village, Cuddalore district, TamilNadu. A team of four faculty members (Prof Velavendhan, Dr Premlal, Dr Sivaramakrishnan and Dr Suganya) and five CRRI went on a screening camp on 1st August 2017. Around 30 patients were screened at the primary health centre. Most of them were anti natal mothers and therefore instructions regarding oral health problems that could occur during pregnancy were given to them.
