The clinical department is equipped
- 29 state-of-the-art electrically dental chair units with airotor and micromotor connections and doctor’s operating stool.
- A centralized compressor and a centralized suction provide noise free and comfortable ambience.
- Apart from centralized suction, the department is equipped with autoclave and a glass bead sterilizer.
- For effective patient education, the waiting area of the clinical department has patient education posters which ensure that the patient’s precious waiting time is well spent.
- Seminar room and Departmental library are equipped with 20 textbooks in the subject of Conservative Dentistry, Endodontics, Dental Materials, and basic sciences for quick reference it also contains more than 20 e-books on CD s and educational videos.

In addition to the BDS functional programme, the following physical facilities are available for postgraduate training programmes.
A separate clinical area of 600 sq. ft. for post-graduate students exists. A 300 sq. ft. furnished seminar room with proper seating arrangement and audio-visual types of equipment along with 200 sq.ft. separate room for the use of post-graduate students exists.

The department has every equipment necessary for carrying out the day-to-day clinical work like dental chairs and units, endosonic handpieces, mechanized rotary instruments including hand pieces and hand instruments, glass bead sterlizers for each chair, autoclaves for bulk instrument, sterilization vaccum (front loading + fully automatic), autoclaves for hand piece sterilisation, apex locators 4th generation upwards, equipments for injectable thermoplasticized gutta-percha, pressurized local anasthesia system, pressurized local anasthesia system, operating microscopes-steroscopic distance (22-25mm), pickling kits, surgical endokits (microsurgery), low speed high torque motors, torque control handpeices, Hu Freidy set of hand instruments (FDI Approved quality), Hu Freidy sterlizer trays, variable intensity polymerisation equipments VLC units, build quality & technical performance, conventional VLC units, LCD projector with computer-basic system with printer and scanner, overhead projector, slide projector, clinical micro motors, high speed hand pieces, composite kits with different shades and polishing kits, ceramic finishing kits, metal finishing kits, amalgam finishing kits, X-ray machine & RVG with all sensors (0,1,2) FDI approved to name a few.
